Central Contracting Corporation is a general contractor that has been in the building business for over 60 years. From the main office in Kearney, we operate throughout the state of Nebraska. Our experience includes new construction and renovation of public buildings: courthouses, schools, jails, water and sewage treatment facilities; health care facilities: hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities; institutional and industrial facilities; office and retail buildings; and multi-family housing. With primary focus as a general building contractor under the conventional design / bid / build project delivery system, design / build, negotiated contract, construction management, construction management at risk and development are all part of our repertoire.
